A beautiful country venue with a rustic vibe
Farm One Forty is the perfect location for your special event. With plenty of wide open spaces, beautiful gardens and barnwood backdrops, the photo-ops are endless. Your guests can wander, play some outdoor games, have a bonfire, take a guided tour of the farm or whatever suits your fancy!

Full day event
Saturday: starts at $4,800
Weekdays: starts at $2,500
Enjoy the use of event structures and grounds for weddings, meetings, team building, or family reunions. Up to 12 hours on site.
Micro event
Saturday: starts at $1,750
Weekdays: starts at $1,000
Up to four hours on site

Event space
In our whimsical event space you will be under a roof but still experiencing dinner al fresco with all of the stunning views and fresh air.
- Seats up to 85 people under cover
- Main structure: 20’x 20’
- Terrace: 13’x 20’
- Pergola: 13’x 20’
- Two grain bin gazebos for seating or a dance floor.
- Washrooms are elevated outhouse style (no-flush toilets) with electricity, lighting and running water for the hand washing sink.
Tables and chairs
- 8’ rectangular tables with white linens
- 4’ rectangular tables with white linens or vinyl covers
- White folding chairs
- Seats up to 85 guests but more people can be accommodated for an extra fee
Delicious local food offerings
Here are a few of our favourite caterers:
- Melrose & Co for no fuss home style goodness trays of baking, soup and sandwiches. No minimums.
- Picknic’s for buffet or plated breakfast, lunch and dinner, and wedding cakes. Minimum 30 guests.
- Calories for fine dining. Buffet, family style or plated hot lunch and dinner, as well as grazing boards and specialty desserts. Minimum $2,000 order.
Bar options
Choose from a cash bar starting at $8/drink with $25/hour bartending fee, or self-serve non-alcoholic beverages and/or table wine.

How to book
Contact us to start the conversation! We’ll discuss availability, pre-event planning and tours, and food and beverage options. A 50% deposit is required after signing the event contract, with the remaining fee due the week prior to the event. (Payments for add-ons due the day after the event.)
