Bacon Ends

When the processor slices our thick cut farmhouse bacon there are always trimmings that don’t package up perfectly.  These pieces are brined and smoked with the same fantastic bacony flavour and are the perfect addition to soups, casseroles and baked beans but more economical that our sliced bacon.
The packages are usually 1.5-2.5lb each.
