Buying in bulk is an investment upfront but it’s less costly than buying a bit at a time, even compared to the grocery stores! With our pork variety packs you’ll find a few roasts or hams for those Sunday dinners, pork chops and side ribs for the grill, and optional bacon and sausage – approximately 50 lbs of meat in total. Fill your freezer and then you don’t have to think about buying meat for months! It’s all gluten free and flavourful, from pigs who ran, wallowed, and enjoyed their lives!

What is included in your Bulk Pork Variety Pack?

Depending on the options and substitutions you choose while our ordering, your variety pack will include a mix of:

  • Loin chops
  • Side ribs
  • Side pork (bacon optional)
  • Ground pork (sausage optional)
  • Roasts (ham optional)
  • Hocks (regular or smoked)

You also have the option to choose no hocks, with the weight made up in other cuts.

For an extra charge you can add leaf lard, liver, heart, kidneys and soup bones to your order.
