Lamb Chops

Lamb chops are great on the grill or done in a cast iron pan.  If you are new to eating lamb you will be pleasantly surprised by the mild flavour of our katahdin lamb!  Chops are 1 and 1/4″ thick, 4/package.  Packages are typically ~1-1.5lb each.
